Bored...
Travis and I have been so BORED!! I hate admiting this but I miss high school. I miss seeing my friends everyday and being so carefree. I miss the drama, hanging out on the weekends and stupid school events. I use to go to school everyday, Trav and I would go hang out for an hour or two after school. Then later that night we would make up stupid excuses to hang out again. I loved fridays best. Short days would fly by. After school I would run home and get my chores finished so I would be allowed to go on date that night. He would pick me up about 6 or 7, then we would make a horkleys run. We would always get mt. dew, monster, chips, peacho rings, or star bursts. We would then go to Travs house (there was really no supervison. we would be left alone in the basement) and watch a movie. My curfew was alway midnight but we would leave around 11 so we could stop and makeout before he took me home. We were so in love. Saying goodnight was the hardest thing. We could stay up for hours talking on the phone and texting. I miss those days so much, the flirting, going to parties, haning out with friends and have endless money. There were no bills. No toilet paper and paper towls to buy. No wipes, dipers, formula. No trying to keep up clothes for Kayless ever growing body. We have had to grow up so fast. Some days are just so hard for me. I dont admit to it because I chose this. Somtimes I wonder if giving Kaylee up would have been the right thing to do, to give Trav and I room to grow. Growing up has been so hard. Im still so young. I still want to party on the weekends. Every day is just a repeat of the last. Wake up at 7, get ready for work, get Kaylee ready, wake up Trav, drop Kaylee off, go to work, pick her up, get home. clean up, take a three hour nap with baby, Trav gets home we watch whatever season we are on at the time, put Kay to bed, go to bed...repeat. Not that I would really trade this. I love Kaylee so much. She is my whole life, I would not change her for the world. Travis is the love of my life, I love wakeing up with him and falling asleep together. I am so honered to be his wife. I am proud to be Kaylees mom. I am just bored!! We need a new hobby. Or a vaciton. Maybe both haha. But for now we will just keep continuing our same old boring lifes.

Valentines day..
Normaly for Valentines day Trav and I go out to eat, but this being our first year married I wanted it to be speacial. Not only did I have Trav as my Valentine, but we also had miss Kaylee. Our sweet little sweetheart. I wanted out first Valentines to be a date for all of us. So Kaylee and I came up with a great idea to make Trav a valentines dinner. I was going to make him cornflake chicken, twiced baked tots, salad and some rolls. Kaylee was going to make him rainbow chip cake. His very favortie. Thoughtfull of her right?? Then we came up with the plan to get little sweetheart candies to represent Kaylee and hugs and kisses for Travis and I. We were going to make a trail of hugs and kisses from the bathroom while he was in the shower, that would lead to the table. There would be a nice candle light dinner, with sweetheart candies all over the table and a note form Kaylee and I to Trav. I had three hours to pick Kaylee up from daycare, make dinner, just have it warming in the oven, get the house decorated, get ready and pick up Travis. I didnt have anytime to waste. As soon as we got home, we mixed Trav his cake and put it in the oven without preheating it, just added ten extra minutes to the timer. I started on the cornfake chicken and right as it was finishing the timer for the cake went off. Perfect timing. But instead of reaching into a nice warm oven and pulling a cooked cake, I reached into a cold oven and pulled out cake batter. The oven had broken. I had no way to finish cooking my valetines day dinner. I was crushed, I had been planning this day for monthes. I sat in front of my broken oven and cried. I took five minutes to compose myself and came up with plan b. When it was time I picked up Trav and brought him home. Everything else (except the candles I never could find them) went as planned the candy trail and decorated table with a note to husband/daddy was waiting for Trav. Instead of chicken and tots we had grilled cheese and chips and salsa. We watched our show together snuggled on the couch and the night turned out alot better that I could have ever hoped for. You just gotta love things that dont go as planned. :)

Growing like a weed...
...but cuter!! Kaylee is growing, growing and growing!!
Everday she looks bigger to me. Her face is thinning, she is getting taller. Already outgrowing her 3-6 month pants. She will be 4 months on the 13th. 4 MONTHS!! I finally understand the song "Dont Blink". I did. Its like magic. I feel like I am not doing much to teach her how to learn and grow. But she said "Mama" and "Da-Da". She giggles. She can stand and can sit up on her own for like 4 seconds. She gurgles all the time and thinks she is talking. She got so so big so fast. I miss the new born things about her. When she was first born she had the cutest stork bite on her nose. Its gone now. She grew out of it. I miss her little squeaks and new born cry. I miss her waking up at one in the morning, and just having her all to myself to snuggle. She has changed us in so many ways. So many good ways. She stole our hearts. They are forever hers.

Sweet Child of Mine
Have I mentioned how much I just LOVE being a mom?? I do. Its so amazing. Having someone that depends on you for every little thing. She has grown so much since she has been born. (She is 7 weeks old now) I cant believe how big she is. I feel like I had her just the other day. She is such a little daddies girl. He can get her to smile just by looking at her. I have to fight smiles out of her. If I am burping her and she can hear his voice she wont burp. She will cry and cry and cry with me if she knows he is there and as soon as he picks her up she is all smiles and loves. But man do I ever love her. For my baby shower my AMAZING Aunt Becky got me a gift certificate to INO8 photography, for and hour photo session and 20 free photos. I just got them back and absolutely love them.
Real Collage Kids
Travis was accepted into ISU for this Spring semester. And I am SO proud of him. He is so excited to start school. Right now he is taking his generals, and then he will be going to school to be a lawyer. Travis is amazing at law. We had government together senior year and he loved every second of it. He would dominate during our class debates. Every since then he has wanted to be a lawyer. We knew that if we don't start college right away we never will. So Travis was accepted to ISU. YAY!! We are now moving to Pocatello this weekend. We found a cute little apartment right on campus. Also we both got jobs at the Taco Bell that is right across the street from our house. I will work days while Travis is in school and he will work nights. I love it because we will never have to go through gas (which by the way is 40 cents cheaper in Pokey) except when we are grocery shopping or coming back home to visit family. This is going to be such a fun adventure for our little family. Travis is kinda nervous because this is his first real move. He has never lived outside of Rexburg. I however have moved thousands of times and cant wait!! Travis went down to register for classes on Monday and he already has made a couple friends. Of course we will miss this town and miss our families living so close to us and our FREE babysitters ;) but since we our car will pretty much just sit in the parking lot we will be able to come up a couple times a month!!
Kaylee Grace
On Oct 12th I started having contractions about ten that morning after my doctor appointment. Never having a baby before I was waiting for some kind of sign that this was really it and not false labor. The rest of the day I just waited and waited and slowly my contractions were getting worse. That night about nine we decided that we might as well just go check. We got checked in and a nurse came down and got me. She checked me and I was dilated to a three. However my blood pressure was high so she called my doctor and he said to keep me. We went to our room and they continued to come check me every 45 mins. about midnight a nurse came in and I got my drugs. After that it was a loooonng night. I was way to excited to sleep, I kept thinking to myself I was finally going to meet my baby. The next morning at 9 my doctor came in and I was STILL dilated to a three. So he broke my water. Not even and hour passed and I was fully dilated and starting hard labor. My nurse let me start pushing. At 12 Oct 13 Kaylee Grace came into this world.
Our Story
Travis and I met our freshman year of high school when I moved to Sugar City. We had two classes together and became friends. I fell in love with him right away. He asked me out on our first date the summer before junior year. I of course was so excited I could hardly stand it. I spent the entire day getting ready with my friend Kourtney. She was more than willing to tell me how to act, what to do and what not to do. After the date I thought for sure that was it, he had to like me back. But.... he didn't ask me back out. We were still friends and talked all the time. Around the time of the homecoming dance my friend asked if there was any one specific that I wanted to ask me, I said Travis. She told him and he did!! AND he started to like me during the dance. After that we went on a couple dates and pretty soon we were inseparable. He is my best friend, my whole world. Then when we were senior's I found out I was pregnant with our baby. It was a hard thing, trying to decide if we were going to keep her and when and if were going to get married. Our very first decision was not to tell anyone. Not even our parents. We didn't want the drama at school. Not talking about it with other people made it hard to talk about it with each other. There became a space between us and we struggled. Luckily for me it was third try so I was not really showing during school. After graduation Travis and I sorta ran away for a day. We needed to talk everything through. We both knew we loved the baby and wanted to keep her/him. That night we got our parents together and told them (my mom had already figured it since I was already 19 weeks along) we were pregnant and wanted to getting married. AND WE DID!! July 30th. Im so lucky I got to marry my best friend!!
